Classroom to Career: Vocational Education and Training Meeting the Needs of the Modern Workforce

QCEC is pleased to be hosting the VET In Schools Forum in Brisbane on Friday 26 May this year.

The QCEC VETiS Forum aims to provide school and Catholic School Authority staff with current, up to date information that will help schools provide students with platforms to explore various vocational career paths, engage with industry experts, and through work experience opportunities gain insights into the practical aspects of their chosen field. Every student has unique strengths and abilities that can be harnessed with the right guidance, education and training.

The QCEC VETiS Forum offers an opportunity to bring together like-minded professionals whose common goal is to empower students with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed career choices and succeed in their chosen profession.

Forum attendees will have the opportunity to hear from guest speakers, and talk about the opportunities, challenges and possible impact of the new VET system architecture and network with peers.
