[PAST EVENT] 2026 Capital Assistance Round Information Sessions

The 2026 Capital Assistance Round will open on Friday 24 October 2025 and our Capital Programs team will be conducting in-person and online information sessions for Catholic School Authorities on the following dates:
- Wednesday 22 October (Brisbane)
- Thursday 23 October (Cairns)
- Monday 27 October (Rockhampton)
- Thursday 6 November (Townsville)
- Friday 7 November (Toowoomba)

These information sessions will take attendees through the Capital assistance application process, as well as providing information on application assessment and ranking, and ongoing Conditions of Compliance for successful applicants.
QCEC is the approved agent to administer capital grants on behalf of the Australian Government and Queensland Government, and our role is to receive and assess applications for capital assistance from affiliated schools and make recommendations to the Minister for Education (Australian and State Governments).
