Catholic education welcomes support for early learning and care services

The Catholic education sector has welcomed today’s Federal Government announcement to assist early childhood and care services.

A rescue package is expected to benefit more than one million families nationwide, who are set to receive free childcare, and the government will pay 50 per cent of the sector’s fee revenue up to the existing hourly rate cap.

After school care and vacation care services will also benefit from the package.
