Empowering First Nations learners from remote communities in the classroom

CEQL has partnered with Queensland Department of Education’s Transition Support Service to present this webinar, which is designed to equip classroom teachers and curriculum leaders with practical strategies to support First Nations students from remote communities as they transition into boarding school.
With a focus on nurturing both learner identity and a sense of belonging, participants will explore adjustments and approaches that help First Nations young people feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to thrive in their new learning environment.
