This webinar will provide information and guidance on the appropriate management of information and privacy in schools. A legal expert will also discuss how data breaches should be managed and how to achieve compliance with the requirements of the data breach notification scheme.
Privacy and the appropriate management of information is an important and ongoing issue for schools. In addition, privacy legislative has placed specific obligations upon schools in how they are required to respond to breaches under the notifiable data breach scheme.
