QCEC Online Governance Forum – Copyright Developments and Challenges

Copyright is an area of compliance subject to change resulting from different technology use in schools and advocacy on law reform. The forum will consider copyright compliance from a governance policy and strategic level, including addressing:
• future copyright law reform
• use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and copyright
• copyright infringement notices and schools
• how CSA education offices fit into copyright arrangements.
The presentation will be delivered by staff from the National Copyright Unit, a specialist copyright team responsible for copyright policy and administration for Australian schools and TAFE.
